The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 12-018 passed by the Spokane Valley City
Council on the 31st day of July,2012:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY WASHINGTON,
AMENDING ORDINANCE 06-010 ADOPTING THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY COMPREHENSIVE
PLAN AND PROVIDING FOR OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO.
Section I states the purpose of the ordinance is to amend the Comprehensive Plan adopted through
Ordinance 06-010. Section 2 approves CPA-05-12 as conditioned by the development agreement
approved by the City Council on July 24, 2012 and specific City Council Findings. Section 3 states that
the properties subject to the ordinance are described in Attachment "A;" and Section 4 amends the
Comprehensive Plan by map amendment associated with File No. CPA-05-12 changing the designation
and zoning classification of parcel numbers 45133.0109, 45133.0118 and the northern 68 feet of
45133.0846; generally located south of Broadway Avenue west of Conklin Road.
