The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 12-019 passed by the Spokane Valley City
Council on the 31st day of July,2012:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY WASHINGTON,
AMENDING ORDINANCE 07-015 WHICH ADOPTED THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP; AND
PROVIDING FOR OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO.
Section 1 states that the purpose of this Ordinance is to amend the Official Zoning Map adopted through
Ordinance 07-015 in order to permit the property described within the ordinance to be used in a manner
consistent with the same; Section 2 approves CPA-05-12 as conditioned by the development agreement
approved by the City Council on July 24, 2012 and specific City Council Findings. Section 3 states that
the properties subject to the ordinance are described in Attachment "A;" and Section 4 describes the
zoning map amendments per File No. CPA-05-12, with Section 5 stating that the Official Zoning Map is
hereby amended per the attachment.
