A contract agreement between Splash -Down Concessions, Inc.
and James S. Black Company to establish a fence between
the property boundaries:

Pursuant to the following items:
1. The fencing material listed below will be installed by Splash-
Down Concessions, Inc. at no cost incurred to James S. Black Com-
pany or owners of property at East 11310 Mission (Mission East
Apartment Complex). }
2. All maintenance and upkeep of the fence and adjoining parking
area are the sole responsibility of Splash -Down Concessions, Inca. r'
Any and all repair to the fence will be completed in a reasonable
time frame. �.
3. The adjoining parking area owned by Splash -Down Concessions,
Inc. will be maintained by Splash -Down with no cost incurred to ;
James S. Black Company or property owners at East 11310 Mission.
4. Any breach of this contract will void this agreement and Splash -
Down Concessions, Inc. will restore the existing fence by replace -
ment with material comparable to those materials that previously
existed. Any and all legal fees required to keep this contract in
compliance will be the sole responsibility of Splash -bown Conces-
sions, Inc., with no obligation to James S. Black Company.
