purpose of correcting the legal description contained in a prior deed recorded on April 19, 2000
under recording number 4473173:

Being the Northerly 300.00 feet of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 10, as

Section 10 lying Southwesterly of the Southwesterly right of way line of Mirabeau
