TELECOMMUNICATIONS EASEMENT

The undersigned INLAND EMPIRE PAPER COMPANY, hereinafter referred to
as ( "Grantor "), for and in consideration of Mutual Benefits /100 dollars (—S2 —00J and
other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby
acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys to NEXTLINK, a corporation whose address is
1330 N. Washington, Spokane, WA., its licensees, agents, successors and assigns
( "Grantee "), a right of way and perpetual easement ( "Easement ") ten feet (10' ) in width,
to construct, install, operate, maintain, inspect, test, repair, alter, replace or remove a
communication system, together with the appurtenances necessary for the operation of
said communication system over, under and across the following described real property
which Grantor owns, or in which Grantor has an interest, situated in the County of
Spokane, State of Washington, described as follows:

granted herein, shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, personal
representatives, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective parties
hereto.
Grantor hereby represents and warrants that it is lawfully seized and possessed of said
lands and has lawful right and authority to enter into and deliver this Easement unto
Grantee. Grantor will warrant and defend its title to the lands against all claims.
