BEGINNING at the South quarter comer of said Section 3, thence South 89 027'56" East, along the
South line of said Section 3, 1064.99 feet to the Meander Comer; thence North 78 053'36" West,
218.01 feet to a point on the North right of way of Euclid Avenue and the Southwesterly right of way
line of the Inland Empire Paper Company Railroad the True Point of beginning; thence on said
Euclid Avenue right of way line the next two courses: North 89 °27'56" West, 850.87 feet and South
