The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 12-022 passed by the Spokane Valley City
Council on the 25th day of September, 2012:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON
AMENDING SPOKANE VALLEY MUNICIPAL CODE SECTIONS 19.120.010 AND APPENDIX A
RELATING TO THE PERMITTED USE MATRIX AND DEFINITIONS SECTION.
The use matrix amendments includes permitting crematoriums in the Corridor Mixed Use zone;
entertainment facilities-indoor as a conditional use in the heavy industrial zone; combining all
manufacturing uses into one category; and other changes all as shown on Matrix; and Appendix A was
amended by amending the definition of public park.
