Re: Addendum to Professional Services Contract executed October 28, 2004
Dear Ms. Love:
The City of Spokane Valley would like to execute an addendum with The Transpo Group, to that
agreement executed by the parties on October 28, 2004. The City proposes amending the
Contract by requesting both parties sign this letter.
Upon execution, this letter will serve as the Amendment to the Contract as stated below:
The City agrees to pay Consultant for additional services under Paragraphs 1 and 3, that were not
specifically listed in the original agreement, but which were identified in the Proposal, attached
to the original agreement and incorporated therein. Those services referred to as "Phase 2" in the
Proposal, will be tracked and billed on a time and materials basis, and are subject to all of the
conditions set forth in the original agreement. The rates for work performed under this
Amendment shall be in accordance with the Consultant's Standard Fee Schedule included as
Attachment A to this Amendment.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement this day of June,
2005.
