rights arnong themselves; or Essue a check to either Seller or Buyer made payable joint[y to Seller and Buyer in
the amaunt of the surr�s En dispute, In the event an interpleader suit is brought, �scrowee shall be immediately
fully released and dEscharged from all obligations to further perform any and all duties or obligations imposed ;
upon it in this escrow. Bc�yer agrees jointly and severally with 5eller to pay Escrowee all costs, darnages,
judgments and expenses sufFered, expended or incurred by Escrowee in con�ection witf� or arising aut of t�is

8. Any additional instructians given to khe Escrowee herein shall be presented in writing. Buyer and SefEer fu�her

the compfetion of this escrow and are, therefore, made a part hereof; nameiy, such instructions as may be
received from a lender� grantor, vendor, or others, affecting the property which is the subject of this escrow.

Americar� Title Insurance Company is not rend�ring an opinion concerning the effect of this law on the
transaction, and the parties ar� not acting on any statements made or omitted by the escrow or closing ofFicer.
To facilitate compEiance with this law, the par�ies to this escrow hereby autharize First American Title Insurance
Compar�y to release any party's taxpayer identification number fo any requesting party who is a party to this
transaction. The requesting part shall de[iver a writ�en request ta escrow. 7he partfes hereto wai�e all righ�.s
confider�tiality regarding their respective taxpayer identification �umbers and agree to hold Firs� American Title
Insurance Company harrnless against any fees, cas�s, or judgments incur�'ed and�or awarded in connection with
the release of taxpayer identifieation numbers.
