The utilities were in direct conflict with the proposed drainage design. A redesign has been completed changing structures types, pipe sizes, adjustments and connections to drywells along with type of storm drain encasement. The total estimated cost (incl. tax) for this Change Order work is $461, paid for by a CMAQ grant and the City of Spokane Valley. See the attached 2012 Sidewalk Infill Project Spreadsheet. There are sufficient funds in the project budget to cover these costs.
