UTILITY DISTRIBUTION FACILITY USES, MOVING THE CRITERIA FOR MOBILE FOOD
VENDORS AND AMENDING ORDINANCE 09-010 OF THE SVMC TITLE 19.120 (PERMITTED
AND ACCESSORY USES TABLE) REMOVING THE NAICS (NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRIAL
CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM) COLUMN AND COMMUNITY FACILITIES COLUMN, ADDING
PARKS/OPEN SPACE COLUMN AND ADDING IN CODE REFERENCES TO BE CONSISTENT
WITH CHANGES IN TITLE 19.
The ordinance amends SVMC 19.20.010 to remove Community Facilities District, and to add Parks/Open
Space District; amends 19.40.010 to describe general provisions for community facilities and public
utility distribution facilities, and to state the conditions upon which the Public Utility Transmission
Facility shall comply;the ordinance adds Parks and Open Space section to 19.60.100 and includes general
requirements for mobile food vendors and public utility transmission facilities.
