Description of Work

The Local Agency of City of Spokane Valley, Washington
desires to supplement the agreement entered into with CH2M HILL, INC.
and executed on 11/8/2011 and identified as Agreement No. 0155
All provisions in the basic agreement remain in effect except as expressly modified by this supplement.
The changes to the agreement are described as follows:
Section 1, SCOPE OF WORK, is hereby changed to read:

1.0 Introduction
This Supplemental Agreement No. 7 scope of work modifies the scope of CH2M HILL's
professional engineering services and compensation to perform environmental documentation
and permitting coordination related to wetlands delineation and mitigation.
Task 5: Environmental Documentation and Permitting
5.1 Environmental Classification Summary
5.1.8 Wetland Delineation and Mitigation Coordination
Assist Spokane Valley with the wetlands environmental documentation needed to satisfy
NEPA /SEPA requirements. Assistance will include:
• Preparation of wetland delineation and wetland impact figures.
• Calculations of wetlands disturbance/ impact areas (temporary and permanent).
• Review draft contracting documents between Spokane Valley and Anderson
Environmental Consulting and provide comments.
• Review wetland documentation (inventory, delineation, impacts, and mitigation plan
reports) prepared by Anderson Environmental Consulting and provide comments.
• Coordinate with Anderson Environmental Consulting via email and telephone calls
regarding NEPA /SEPA wetland related issues and documents.
• Coordinate with the Spokane Valley via email and telephone calls regarding
NEPA /SEPA wetland related issues and documents.
Assumptions:
• Anderson Environmental Consulting will be responsible for the wetland surveys and
preparation and finalization of the wetland documentation for NEPA /SEPA.
• No meetings are planned or included.
DOCUMENTS EXEMPT FROM PUBLIC DISCLOSURE
The page entitled "Exhibit E -1 / Final Design Wetland Coordination" contains confidential cost
and rate data and is withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 23 USC 112(2)(F).
Prenotification; confidentiality of data. A recipient of funds requesting or using the cost
and rate data shall notify any affected firm before such request or use. Such data shall be
confidential and shall not be accessible or provided, in whole or in part, to another firm or to any
government agency which is not part of the group of agencies sharing cost data under this
paragraph, except by written permission of the audited firm. If prohibited by law, such cost and
rate data shall not be disclosed under any circumstances.
You may petition for a review of our findings pertaining to any redacted or withheld documents
pursuant to Spokane Valley Municipal Code (SVMC) 2.75.080; and obtain judicial review
pursuant to RCW 42.56.550.
