The proposition would impose an additional one-tenth of one percent sales and use tax throughout Spokane County, the proceeds there from to be used solely for costs associated with financing, design, acquisition, construction, equipping, operating, maintaining, remodeling, repairing, reequipping and improvement of emergency communication systems and facilities.
