Valley Ordinance No. 07 -021, which attaches by operation of law as a result of the street vacation to the
following described parcel:
That portion of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 19, Township 25 North, Range
44 East, W.M. described as follows:
A parcel of land located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 19, Township 25 North, Range 44 East,
W.M., being the West half of vacated Sipple Road Right of Way as platted, vacated per City of Spokane
Valley Ordinance No. 07 -021, which attaches by law to the following described parcel:
1) That portion of the Northwest Quarter of The Northeast Quarter of Section 19, Township 25
North, Range 44 East, W.M., described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point on the South right of Way of Sprague Avenue 50 feet South of and at
right angles to the North line of the Northeast Quarter and 2310 feet West of the Northeast corner
of said Section;
Thence West along South Right of Way of Sprague Avenue to a point 200 feet East of and at
right angles to the West line of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter;
Thence South parallel to and 200 feet East of the West line of the Northwest quarter of the
Northeast Quarter, 200 feet;
Thence East parallel to the South Right of Way of Sprague Avenue to a point due South of the
point of beginning;
Thence North 200 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
EXCEPT Roads.
2) TOGETHER WITH a portion of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 19,

a point on said curve;
Thence Southwesterly along said curve an arc distance of 183.92 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
