The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 13-008 passed by the Spokane Valley City
Council on the 9th day of July,2013:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY WASHINGTON,
AMENDING THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; AND PROVIDING
FOR OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO.
Section 1 explains that the purpose of this Ordinance is to amend the Comprehensive Plan. Section 2 sets
out specific Findings; Section 3 explains that the properties subject to this ordinance are contained in the
attachment; while Section 4 states that the plan is amended as set forth in both attachment A (maps), and
Attachment B (text).
