Please find enclosed a revised page 1 for each of my decisions in the above matters.
The caption on page 1 of my decision in File No. REZ-20-07/SUB-07-07 is changed by
revising the name of the preliminary plat to "Ponderosa East". The caption on page 1 of
my decision in File No. SUB-05A-05 is changed by revising the name of the applicant to
"Whipple Consulting Engineers". There are no other changes to such pages.
I have inserted the revised pages into the original of the decisions, respectively. There is
no change to the appeal period for each decision.
