I. PROCEDURAL MATTER
On June 6, 2008, the Hearing Examiner entered written Findings of Fact, Conclusions and
Decision("Decision") in the above-referenced file number. On June 10, 2008, the City of
Spokane Valley Planning Division submitted a letter to the Hearing Examiner pointing out two (2)
clerical errors in the decision; in Finding of Fact#23, and City Planning condition #B.2.
Section 17 of the Hearing Examiner Rules of Procedure authorizes the Hearing Examiner to
reconsider or clarify a final decision to correct a clerical error. There is good cause to correct the
referenced clerical errors, which are obvious from the decision or the maps in the application file.
II. ORDER
It is hereby ORDERED that the Hearing Examiner's written decision of June 10, 2008 in
the above-referenced matter be revised; so that the reference to "west" in the 1 st line of Finding of
Fact#23, on page 3 of the decision, states "east", and the reference to "R-4 district" in the 4"'line
of City Planning Division B.2., on page 17 of the decision, states "R-3 district".
The appeal period for the decision, which expires on June 20, 2008, is not affected by these

revisions.
