Description of Work
The proposed project will replace the existing 2 -lane Sullivan Road West Bridge over the
Spokane River with a new 4 -lane bridge. This will include demolition/removal of the existing
bridge, construction of a new bridge, improvements to bridge approaches, improvements to
Sullivan Park to mitigate impacts during & after construction, and related appurtenances. The
project will be completed in two phases; Phase 1 will be the mitigation improvements to Sullivan
Park and Phase .2 will be the bridge replacement.
