1.0 Introduction
This Supplemental Agreement No. 10 scope of work modifies the scope of CH2M HILL's
professional engineering services and compensation for final design of the Sullivan Road West
Bridge Replacement to include supplemental survey on the project site to locate observable
springs along the banks of the Spokane River, and record the current river surface limits. In
addition, legal descriptions and exhibits will be prepared for two separate land areas as defined
as to be dedicated in the April 5, 2011 Hanson (Market Pointe II, LLC) Agreement with the City
of Spokane Valley.
Task 1: Surveying and Mapping
1.1 Surveying
This task involves supplemental field surveying and topographic base mapping of areas within the
project limits to capture observable springs along the banks of the Spokane River, together with the
current river surface limits.
1.2 Mapping
Provide revised project basemapping (AutoCAD 2011 format) to include:
• Location of observable springs along the Spokane River banks.
• Current Spokane River surface limits

Task 11: Right -of -Way Plans and Descriptions
11.1 Right -of -Way Plans and Descriptions
Additional legal descriptions and exhibits will be prepared for two distinct land areas as defined as to
be dedicated in the April 5, 2011 Hanson (Market Pointe II, LLC) Agreement with the City of
Spokane Valley.
Deliverables: Legal descriptions and exhibits.

public disclosure pursuant to 23 USC 112(2)(F).

confidential and shall not be accessible or provided, in whole or in part, to another firm or to any
government agency which is not part of the group of agencies sharing cost data under this
paragraph, except by written permission of the audited firm. If prohibited by law, such cost and
rate data shall not be disclosed under any circumstances.
