This matter coming on for correction of the appeal period for the Hearing Examiner's
decision dated May 30, 2003 in the above-entitled matter, it appearing that the decision was mailed
by certified mailing to the applicant on May 30, 2003, at the incorrect mailing address; now,
therefore, it is hereby
ORDERED that on June 3,2003 a copy of the decision and of this order be mailed by
certified mail to the applicant at his correct mailing address of 14409 E. 6th, Spokane Valley,WA
99216, and that a copy of this order be provided to other parties of record; and it is further
ORDERED that the appeal period stated at the end of the Examiner's decision be revised so
that the last day to appeal the Examiner's decision to the City Council for the City of Spokane
Valley is June 17, 2003.
