The building official shall set a time period during which the temporary certificate of occupancy is valid. The following items must be complete before issue of Certificate of Occupancy: Building Department: • Not applicable Planning Department: • Not applicable Public Works/Engineering Department: • Engineer to submit letter certifying swales built and constructed per plan prior to final Certificate of Occupancy. Fire: • Not applicable This document does not authorize the holder or their designated agent to violate any provisions of the code or any other ordinance of this jurisdiction. Life safety for the occupants will be maintained at all times, any unsafe acts or failure to provide minimum code requirements will result in the revocation of the Temporary Occupancy. This Temporary Certificate of Occupancy is valid until June 30, 2006, 5:00 p.m. in where this Temporary Certificate will become null and void if the conditions listed have not been instituted and the Certificate of Occupancy has not been obtained.
