Woodruff, Spokane Valley, WA. identified by Spokane Valley Building Permit #05000083 may be occupied safely at this time and issues this: Temporary Certificate of Occupancy This Temporary Certificate of Occupancy will expire on 1 June 2006. Following are the conditions that are required to be addressed in order to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy: 1. Completion of the drainage swales and public works improvements and certification by the Engineer of Record involved with this portion of the specific design. This documentation is required to be approved by the Spokane Valley Public Works Department. 2. Receipt of the NFPA 13 and NFPA 72 inspection and acceptance record forms for the Fire Sprinkler and Fire Alarm Systems. The Spokane Valley Building Official shall suspend or revoke this Temporary Certificate of Occupancy if this certificate has been issued in error, or on the basis of false or incorrect information supplied by the applicant, or where it is in violation of any ordinance or regulation or any unaddressed provision of this code. The following buildings are entirely complete "1-A", "1-B", 1- C", "2-C", "3-A", "3-B", and recreation building. Building "2-A" is 98% (or more) complete. It is estimated this building will be complete on or about Friday, 21 April 2006. Building "2-B" and "1-D" are both estimated as 90 percent complete, and our best estimate for completion of both is 19 Mary 2006.
