The City of Spokane Valley Building and Code Compliance Division find that the newly
constructed Apartment Building "G" located at 601 S. Woodruff, Spokane Valley, WA.
identified by Spokane Valley Building Permit #05000083 may be occupied safely at this time
and issues this:
Temporary Certificate of Occupancy
This Temporary Certificate of Occupancy will expire on 1 June 2006. Following are the
conditions that are required to be addressed in order to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy:
1. Completion of the drainage swales and public works improvements and certification by
the Engineer of Record involved with this portion of the specific design. This
documentation is required to be approved by the Spokane Valley Public Works
Department.
2. Receipt of the NFPA 13 and NFPA 72 inspection and acceptance record forms for the
Fire Sprinkler and Fire Alarm Systems.
The Spokane Valley Building Official shall suspend or revoke this Temporary Certificate of
Occupancy if this certificate has been issued in error, or on the basis of false or incorrect
information supplied by the applicant, or where it is in violation of any ordinance or regulation
or any unaddressed provision of this code.

Pinehurst Apartments, 2820 N Cherry, Bldg A, Project#05-2074-This project has multiple issues and
items to be completed prior to final C of 0 for ANY of the buildings. Building department
was forwarded copies of all correspondence stating conditions. Public works will not
signoff on Final C of 0 until the following issues are addressed: Acceptance of
Construction Certification for Cherry Street and all other frontage improvement, the
completion traffic intersection analysis for Grace Avenue at Pines (you should be
contacting WSDOT as well for conditions for C of 0). In addition, I will need to speak
with John Hohman regarding any other possible requirements.

Subj: Project Completion Inspection/Evaluation
Dear Mr. Scholtens, •
The early afternoon of 13 April 2006, our office performed a field
inspection to determine the amount complete, and to estimate
completion dates for each non-completed building, and for the overall
project. The following buildings are entirely complete "1-A", "1-B", 1-
C", "2-C", "3-A", "3-B", and recreation building.
Building "2-A" is 98% (or more) complete. It is estimated this building
will be complete on or about Friday, 21 April 2006.
Building "2-B" and "1-D" are both estimated as 90 percent complete,
and our best estimate for completion of both is 19 Mary 2006.
The overall project is roughly 97 percent complete, and we anticipate
completion of the entire project on or about 31 May 2006.
