This change order provides for the installation of additional hanger and bracket assemblies under
the northbound Sullivan Bridge over the Spokane River so that power and communication
conduits can be quickly installed under the Sullivan Rd West Bridge Replacement Project. See
the attached utility MOU amendments.
The total estimated cost(incl. tax) for this Change Order work is $18,058.90. The cost will be
shared by the following Utilities:
