The owners of the parcels, or any portion thereof, hereby acknowledge that all parking areas
located thereon shall be for the mutual non - exclusive use as a parking area of all invitees and/or
permittees of the uses located on the parcels in accordance with the specifics below.
This agreement inures to the benefit of and binds the parties, their successors and assigns for so
long as Parcel A and Parcel B uses require parking. This Agreement may not be amended
without approval of the City of Spokane Valley Planning Division.
At any time the use(s) and /or occupancy changes on Parcel A or B, the parking shall be
recalculated and verified there is sufficient parking spaces for proposed use /occupancy.
This joint parking agreement was approved by the City of Spokane Valley Planning Division on
October 1, 2013.
