The work eliminates the PPB pole, by reconfiguring the pedestrian ramp. The change was suggested by the Spokane County signal shop which maintains the Spokane Valley signal system. The total estimated cost(incl. tax) for this Change Order work is $246.75 paid for by the City of Spokane Valley. There are sufficient funds in the project budget to cover these costs. Describe the Change This Change Order pays for revising the pedestrian ramp on the NW corner of Vista and Sprague intersection. The work eliminates the PPB pole, by reconfiguring the pedestrian ramp. 2. Evolution of the Change The change was suggested by Shawn Mackin of the Spokane County Signal Shop who maintains the Spokane Valley Signal System. 3. Payment The revised scope of work results in a$246.75 cost. The $400 credit for the deletion of the PPB pole was calculated from the material cost of a pole on the State Contract ($155) +Anchor bolt cost ($147) + concrete &Labor($98) = $400. 4. Time No additional time was granted. 6. Prior Approval Change Order approval was obtained from the Spokane Valley Public Works Director. 6. Attachments CO 2 and revised Plan Sheet 12
