The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 13-016 passed by the Spokane Valley City
Council on the 22' day of October 2013:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY,
WASHINGTON, ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE PERIOD JANUARY 1, 2014 THROUGH
DECEMBER 31,2014; APPROPRIATING FUNDS; RENAMING FUNDS 301 REET 1 CAPITAL
PROJECTS AND 302 REET 2 CAPITAL PROJECTS; ESTABLISHING SALARY SCHEDULES
FOR ESTABLISHED POSITIONS; AND OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO.
Section 1 adopts the budget for the year 2014, showing a total balance of all funds appropriated of
$71,304,691. Section 2 renames Fund 301 and 302 to REET 1 Capital Projects, and REET 2 Capital
Projects, respectively. Section 3 directs the City Clerk to transmit complete copies of the budget and
ordinance to various state and local agencies.
