TENTATIVE WORK SESSION ITEMS 9, cd
Work sessions generally cover three categories of topics;
(I) Items concerning "housekeeping" trivia where Council can provide some general
direction, thus saving me time and energy.
(2) Obtain background and preview substantive policy issues in informal discussions.
Council must be careful not to reach decisions or take votes during these
discussions.
(3) Presentations by individuals or organizations in an informal forum that allows
more free flowing participation by all involved. (Such as Transition Committee
reports)
Following are some items that could be considered after the regular meeting tonight;
Discuss;
a. Alternatives for a Council/Community meeting room
(Schematic design)
b. Possible logo design contest for SV schools.
c. Suitability of acquiring used chairs for meeting room
d. Review preliminary list of Boards, commissions and committees
that might require Council participation
e. Secretarial assistance for Council (rsvp's etc)
f. Other:
