1. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Proposed Motion: to adjourn into Executive Session for approximately sixty minutes to evaluate the
qualifications of candidates for appointment to elective office [RCW 42.30.110(1)(h)] and that action is
anticipated thereafter during the 6:00 p.m. regular council meeting.
Council adjourns into Executive Session, Opportunity Conference Room
2. Declare Council out of Executive Session
a. Council returns to Council Chambers
b. Mayor Declares Council out of Executive Session
c. Motion to adjourn the Special Meeting
Note: Council's separate May 31, 2016, 6:00 p.m. regular meeting will be held as usual in the
Council Chambers.
