Councilmembers and staff will travel to and from,and tour the following facilities:
a. Grow-Op Farm,2611 N Woodruff, Spokane Valley,Wa
b. Locals Canna House, 9616 E. Sprague Avenue, Spokane Valley,Wa.

Important Note: This is a Special Council meeting for the purpose of Council viewing on-site production,
processing and retail facilities as part of Council's review of the City's marijuana regulations. No action will be
taken at this meeting.The meeting is open to the public,however,the locations to be visited are marijuana facilities
and by law are restricted to persons age 21 and older. Members of the public who wish to visit will be required
to provide their own transportation, and should be ready to provide proof of age verification before entering the
facilities. Council reserves the right to request information from the public and staff as appropriate.
