on the 27t day of March,20]8:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON,
ADOPTING SMALL CELL FACILITY REGULATIONS BY AMENDWG SPOKANE VALLEY
MUNICIPAL CODE SECTIONS 17.80.030, 19.60.050, AND 19.65.030, AMENDING APPENDIX A,
AMFNDIt4G CHAPTER 22,120 SPOKANE VALLEY MUNICIPAL CODE, AND ADOPTING
CI IAPTERS 22.121 AND 22.122 SPOKANE VALLEY MUNICIPAL CODE;; AND OTI I R MATTERS
RELATING THERETO.
Section I explains that the purpose of-this Ordinance is to amend those certain sections in the Spokane
Valley Municipal Code (SVIVIC) as noted in the Ordinance title; and to add regulations to govern
installation, placement and permitting of small cell facililics within the City. Section 2 makes specific
Findings and Conclusions. Section 3 amends Appendix A, Section 4 amends SVMC 17.80.030, Section 5
amends SVMC 19.60.050, Section 6 amends AVMS 19.65.030, Section 7 amends SVMC Chapter 22.120,
Section 8 adopts Title 22 SVIvMC by adding a new chapter "Chapter 22.121 Small Cell Deployment;"
Section 9 adopts new chapter Title 22.122 "Wireless Communications and Small Cell Facility Review
Periods;"Section 10 slates that all sections not specifically referenced shall remain unchanged. Section 11
addresses severability,and Section 12 provides for an effective date.
