The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 18-024 passed by the Spokane Valley City Council
on the 13th day of November, 2018:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON,
ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE PERIOD JANUARY 1, 2019 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2019;
APPROPRIATING FUNDS; ESTABLISHING SALARY SCHEDULES FOR ESTABLISHED
POSITIONS; AND OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO.
Section I adopts the 2019 budget as attached to the ordinance, summarizes estimated appropriations for
each separate fund, and gives the aggregate total for all such funds; Section 2 states that a complete copy
of the budget as adopted,together with this Ordinance shall be submitted by the City Clerk to the Division
of Municipal Corporations in the Office of the State Auditor, and to the Association of Washington Cities;
Section 3 speaks of severability; and Section 4 provides for an effective date.
