The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No.21-003 passed by the Spokane Val ley City Council
on the 9th day of February, 2021:
AN ORDINANCE OF TI-IE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING SECTION 8.25.025 OF THE SPOKANE VALLEY MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
SOLICITATIONS FROM VEHICLE OCCUPANTS;AND OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO.
Section I sets out the amendments to SVMC 8.25.025; Section 2 states that the remainder of the provisions
of SVMC 8.25 are unchanged by the amendment; Section 3 addresses severability; and Section 4 provides
for an effective date. The full text of Ordinance 21-003 is available at the City of Spokane Valley City
offices as identified above. A copy will be mailed upon request to the City Clerk.
