NOTE: In response to Governor Inslee's March 24, 2020 Proclamation concerning our recent State of
Emergency, which waives and suspends the requirement to hold in -person meetings and provides options
for the public to attend remotely, all meeting guidelines contained in the Governance Manual are hereby
superseded until the Governor's order has been rescinded or amended. Therefore until further notice, a live
feed of the meeting will be available on our website and on Comcast channel 14.

1. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Litigation [RCW 42.30.110(1)(i)]
Proposed Motion: I move Council adjourn into executive session for approximately thirty minutes to
discuss litigation, and that no action will be taken upon return to this open session.
Council adjourns into Executive Session.
2. Council reconvenes in open session
a. Mayor Declares Council out of Executive Session
b. Motion to adjourn the Special Meeting
