The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No.21-012 passed by the Spokane Valley City Council
on the l4'1'day of September, 2021:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON
ADOPTING THE CITY'S COMPLETE STREETS POLICY, AND OTHER MATTERS RELATING
THERETO.
Section 1 adopts the City of Spokane Valley's Complete Streets Policy as provided in that ordinance's
Exhibit A;the Complete Streets Policy implements a complete street concept in the planning and design of
street projects in the City of Spokane Valley. Section 2 addresses ratification; Section 3 speaks to
severability, and Section 4 provides for an effective date. The full text of Ordinance 21-012 is available at
the City of Spokane Valley City offices as identified above.A copy will be mailed upon request to the City
Clerk.
