The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No.21-018 passed by the Spokane Valley City Council
on the 9th day of November, 2021:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON,
ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE PERIOD JANUARY 1, 2022 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2022;
APPROPRIATING FUNDS; ESTABLISHING SALARY SCHEDULES FOR ESTABLISHED
POSITIONS; AND OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO.
Section 1 adopts the budget for the year 2022 at the fund level. Section 2 states that a complete copy of the
budget as adopted, together with a copy of this Ordinance, shall be transmitted by the City Clerk to the
Division of Municipal Corporations in the Office of the State Auditor,and to the Association of Washington
Cities. Section 3 addresses severability, and Section 4 provides for an effective date. The full text of

be mailed upon request to the City Clerk.
