WHEREAS, RCW 35A.12.080 provides that the City Clerk, City Treasurer, City Chief of Police and such other officers as designated by ordinance shall furnish annually an official bond to guarantee honest and faithful performance of their official duties. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Spokane Valley, Spokane County, Washington, do ordain as follows: Section 1. Oath Required.
