AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, WASHINGTON,
ESTABLISHING THE OFFICE OF HEARING EXAMINER, ADOPTING A HEARING
EXAMINER SYSTEM, CONFERING JURISDICTION AND PROVIDING FOR RULES
AND REGULATIONS.
