AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, WASHINGTON, ESTA,BLISHING A MORATORIUM ON THE FILING AND ACCEPTANCE OF APPLICATIONS FOR DEVELOPMENT PERNIITS OR LAND USE APPROVALS ASSOCIATED WITH ADULT ENTERTAINMENT AND ADULT ESTABLISHMENTS. The introductory paragraphs state the City desires to establish an adult entertainment moratorium. Section 1 establishes a moratorium. Section 2 adopts findings regarding the moratorium.
