The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 03-078 passed by the City of Spokane Valley
City Council on the 9`h day of September 2003.
AN OR.DINANCE UF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, WASHINGTON, REPEALING
CHAPTER 14.406 OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY ZONING CODE AND
ESTABLISHING ZONING CODE COMPLIANCE CHAPTER 14.406
The introductory paragraphs state the intent of the ordinance is to repeal existing Chapter 14.406 of the
Spokane Valley Zoning Code and Establish a replacement Code Compliance Chapter 14.406.
Section 1 states that Section 14.406 of the City of Spokane Valley Zoning Code relating to t}le Zoning
Code compliance is repealed in its entirety.
Seetion 2 adopts the new Zoning Code Compliance Section 14.406
Section 3 provides for a severability clause.
Seetion 4 states this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (5) days after publication of the
Ordinance Summary.
