Section 1 amends Section l 1 of Ordinance 57 to remove preliminary plats as an administrative decision
appealable to the City Council
Section 2 amends Section 15 of Ordinance 57 to include where the Examiner's decision recommenci,
approval of the proposal and no appeal has been filed, an ordinance shall be prepared that completes th~
Examiner's decision through final legislative action of the City Council
Section 3 states that except as set forth above, Ordinance 57 shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 4 provides for a severability clause.
Section 5 states this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (5) days after publication of the
Ordinance Summary.
