The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 03-096 passed by the City of Spokane Valley
City Council on the 2°d day of December, 2003.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, WASHINGTON,
ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE PERIOD JANUARY 1, 2004 THROUGI-1
DECEMBER 31, 2004 APPROPRIATING FUNDS AND ESTABLISHINC
SALARY SCHEDULES FOR ESTABLISHED POSITIONS.
