Council on the 25th day of March,2008:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY,
WASHINGTON, AMENDING ORDINANCE 07-022 BY CHANGING- THE APPLICABLE
DATE OF THE SEVEN YEAR, NON-EXCLUSIVE FRANCHISE TO SUNSHINE DISPOSAL,
INC., TO PROVIDE COMMERCIAL GARBAGE AND REFUSE COLLECTION SERVICE
WITHIN THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY
The purpose of this ordinance is to amend Section 3 •of Ordinance 07-022 by changing the ordinance
effective date to March. 10, 2008 to correspond with the City's notice of termination letter to the
Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission which letter contained a March 10, 2008
termination date.
