WASHINGTON,AMENDING ORDINANCE 07-023 BY CHANGING THE APPLICABLE DATE
OF ORDINANCE OF THE SEVEN YEAR, NON-EXCLUSIVE FRANCHISE TO WASTE
MANAGEMENT TO PROVIDE COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL GARBAGE AND
REFUSE COLLECTION SERVICE WITHIN THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY
The purpose of this ordinance is to amend Section 3 of Ordinance 07-023 by changing the ordinance ' -
effective date;to.March 10, 2008 to correspond with the City's notice of termination letter to the
Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission which letter contained a March 10, 2008
termination date.
