The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 08-010 passed by the Spokane Valley City
Council on the 314 day of June,2008:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY WASHINGTON,
PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF THE ALLEY LOCATED SOUTH OF
SPRAGUE AVENUE; NORTH OF 1ST AVENUE; AND WEST OF PINES ROAD BETWEEN
PARCEL NOS. 45211.0101,45211.0102, 45211.0103, 45211.0104,AND 45211.0105 TO THE NORTH
AND PARCEL NOS.45211.0119,45211.0120,AND 45211.0125 TO THE SOUTH,AND PROVIDING
FOR OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO.
The purpose of this ordinance is to vacate the above streets pursuant to Spokane Valley Municipal Code
former Sections 10.05.220-380.
Section 1 recites the Findings of Fact concerning this street vacation.
Section 2 describes the property to be vacated as that portion of the alley located west of Pines Road,
south of Sprague Avenue and north of First Avenue.
Section 3 describes how the vacated property is to be divided to abutting property owners.
Section 4 designates the zoning as the designation attached to the adjoining properties.
Section 4 states the various conditions of vacation.
