1. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Proposed Motion: to adjourn into Executive Session for approximately one hour to discuss
Labor Negotiations [RCW 42.30.110(g) and RCW 42.30.140(4)] and that no action is
anticipated thereafter.
Council adjourns into Executive Session, City Hall 2' Floor Conference Room.
2. Declare Council out of Executive Session
a. Council moves to Council Chambers
b. Mayor Declares Council out of Executive Session
c. Motion to adjourn the Special Meeting
Note: Council's separate November 17, 2009, 6:00 p.m. regular Council meeting will be held as
usual in the Council Chambers.
