1. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Proposed Motion: to adjourn into Executive Session for approximately one hour to discuss Land
Acquisition [RCW 42.30.110(1)(b)] and Pending Litigation [RCW 42.30.110(1)(i)] and that no action is
anticipated thereafter.
Council adjourns into Executive Session, City Hall 2 nd Floor Conference Room.

a. Council returns to Council Chambers
b. Mayor Declares Council out of Executive Session
c. Motion to adjourn the Special Meeting
Note: Council's separate January 19, 2010, 6:00 p.m. regular meeting will be held as usual in
the Council Chambers.
